Initial Consultation
The initial consult is the time to sit down with each other and have the time to go thru your medical history.
It may include nutritional guidance, cupping, acupuncture, lifestyle coaching, and herbal or nutritional supplementation.
This may also include recommendations for lab tests.

Nutritional Consult
Zoom, Phone consult, or in person. Includes custom herbal prescriptions with targeted nutrition ( whole food supplements), and lifestyle recommendations. It may include laboratory tests to help target the root of the problem.

Follow-up appointments, zoom, phone consult, or in person
Follow-up with treatment plan.
$25 | For every 15 minutes
Follow-up Integrated sessions
During these sessions, we will build on our treatment plan which may include an “integrated session” of acupuncture, cupping, massage, herbal and nutritional medicine, and a discussion of lab test findings.
